Adjusted metadata dates to be Collection/RevisionDate (type=revision) for collections and /Granule/DataGranule/ProductionDateTime f(type =creation) or granules
Harmonized the identifiers in parent citations for granules.They are either DataSetId or concat(ShortName,VersionId). I thin this is a better solution than dropping the identifier all together.
The granule version is /Granule/DataGranule/LocalVersionId so that should be in the resource citation edition field.This was done in both granule transforms.

There are some records that have platformInformation additional attributes, but no platforms.In these cases we need to write the platformInformation additionalAttributes without platform information.
Added translation of MeasuredParameters names to contentInfo.The associated QAFlags and QAStats were not added because they are in the DQ_DataQuality section.
writeGeographicIdentifiers - added comment to additionalAttribute output, added condition so that if there is no value and parameter range exists it gets written as the code, if parameter range does not exist, no code is written.
